Review a LinkedIn profile photo with context
Check image source clues and optional model results, then verify identity through independent evidence.
Source clues are checked in your browser first. When needed, file-header data and a smaller image copy may be sent to our backend and detection provider. Model copies have embedded metadata removed. Image URLs are retrieved by our server; see the privacy policy for processing and provider retention. Privacy details

Step 1
Obtain a permitted image
Use a file you are allowed to check, or a direct image address. A LinkedIn profile URL is not an image URL. The extension can request a selected image.
Step 2
Read the evidence
Camera metadata and generation text are editable clues. Model results may be unavailable or inconclusive. This tool does not perform specialized iris, ear or biometric identity verification.
Step 3
Verify independently
Compare employment claims, account history and independent contact channels. Reverse-image search can add context; an AI image does not establish fraud.
Step 4
Allow an explanation
Edited, illustrated or AI-assisted avatars have legitimate uses. Ask for context and do not reject a candidate or accuse a person solely on an image result.
Questions and limitations
Does an AI avatar prove a fake account?
No. Image generation and identity are separate questions. Use independent sources.
Is processing entirely local?
Source clues start in the browser. Header data and a reduced copy can go to our backend and provider; our server retrieves image URLs. See the privacy policy.
Does this authenticate a candidate?
No. The result is image-review guidance, not identity verification or a hiring decision.
